“In the Blood”: The title track, is a story of personal struggle and development as it deals with the fight that David has and still has with anxiety. In The Blood deals with the way that anxiety can effect our life. Through his own experiences David has tried to put into words what it is like to deal with anxiety and the road to coping with it. The title track “In the Blood” also features Brisbane vocalist Simon Watson. Simon is one of the most gifted male singers in Australia and his voice perfectly captures the sentiment in the subject matter of In the Blood.
